2. Coniflex Blade Rings for G104E Gleason Coniflex Generators,
both 16-Bladed and 24-Bladed rings. |
Gleason Works (India) has established a remanufacturing operation at their Bangalore facility for remanufacturing of Gleason Bevel Gear Cutting Machines, such as the 116 family of Roughers and Generators, G104E Coniflex Generators and Gleason-Hurth Mechanical Shaving Machines.
The remanufacturing machines can be offered with the latest upgrades such as CNC and PLC wherever applicable.
Application Engineering Services can be provided from the Gleason India Bangalore facility for Spiral Bevel Gears, Straight Bevel Gears and Parallel Axis Gears using:
a. Gleason CAGE software on IBM AIX version 3 for RISC System/6000,
as well as using CAGE 4 WIN.
b. Also, we can offer assistance to customers for gear inspection with
Gleason patented Super GAGE software.
Gleason factory trained Sales & Service Engineers are located at our Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi offices, offering timely service assistance and installation/commissioning of new machines purchased from:
